On behalf of our client, we are looking for a project coordinator who will be responsible to:

- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and milestones, monitoring progress and addressing any issues or delays to ensure timely completion and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to define project requirements, roles, and responsibilities, fostering effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and consultations to gather input, feedback, and buy-in for project initiatives, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including personnel, funds, and materials, to support project implementation, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor project expenditures, track budget variances, and prepare financial reports and forecasts to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks, indicators, and tools to assess project progress, outcomes, and impact, gathering and analyzing data to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
- Identify potential risks, challenges, and obstacles to project success, proactively developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address and minimize adverse impacts.
- Monitor and assess project risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions and adjustments as needed to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for fundraising through grants, donations, subscriptions, and sponsorships to support project activities and organizational sustainability.
- Research potential funding sources, including government agencies, international organizations, foundations, and corporate sponsors, and develop targeted fundraising proposals and pitches.
- Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding partners, engaging them in our client’s mission, projects, and impact to secure financial support and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a fundraising strategy and calendar, coordinating fundraising activities and initiatives across projects and programs to maximize funding opportunities.
