Roles & Responsibilities

  • Project Execution: Lead the planning and execution of real estate initiatives, including new developments, renovations, and value-add improvements.

  • Property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of rental properties, ensuring high occupancy, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

  • Budget & Scheduling: Build and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource plans to deliver on time and within budget.

  • Vendor Coordination: Source, coordinate, and manage contractors, vendors, and partners to ensure quality, accountability, and compliance.

  • Asset Maintenance: Proactively oversee maintenance, inspections, and issue resolution to safeguard and grow asset value.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design (preferred), Real Estate, Construction Management, or Engineering.

  • Experience: At least one year of experience in architecture or interior design, property or construction management, with exposure to residential apartments.
