Job Title: Project Manager – Construction (High-Rise Projects)
Location: Dar as Salaam
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in construction, preferably in high-rise building projects, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, particularly high-rise developments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Monitor project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency.
• Prepare and present progress reports and resolve issues as they arise.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk management efforts.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing high-rise projects is strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction tools.
