As part of their continued growth and focus on operational efficiency, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Purchase Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role will be responsible for procuring engineering spares and services, maintaining stock with accurate and organized records, and ensuring cost-effective purchasing aligned with the company’s requirements.

2. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Procure engineering spares and consumables.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for favorable rates and terms.
  • Maintain accurate records of issued spares.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective purchases.
  • Support maintenance and engineering teams through reliable supply chain management.
  • Relevant experience in engineering store management and procurement.
  • Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Ability to maintain cost efficiency and record accuracy.

3. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/inventory management (preferably in raw materials).
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
