Olotu Trading co. Ltd is a company that deals with  supply & selling building materials(sanitary wares/plumbing etc) located at Mianzini Arusha .

Olotu Trading co. Ltd has recently opened a new Hotel Establishment in Arusha, this is a new and exciting hotel establishment located in Arusha, Tanzania. We offer luxurious accommodations and exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable stay in the heart of Tanzania’s safari country.

We are looking for a Female Receptionist (1post)

Females aged between 19 -25 years. fluent in English & Kiswahili.

Should Reside in Arusha.

The Role

We are searching for a professional and personable female receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive first impression.

Responsibilities

  •     Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
  •     Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  •     Manage room assignments according to reservations and guest preferences.
  •     Answer guest inquiries regarding the hotel’s amenities, services, and local attractions.
  •     Operate the switchboard, answering phone calls and directing them appropriately.
  •     Process guest payments, including cash, credit cards, and mobile payments.
  •     Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  •     Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
  •     Uphold hotel policies and procedures.
  •     Perform other duties as assigned by the Hotel Management.

Qualifications

  •     Minimum 1 year of experience working in a hospitality setting, preferably a hotel.
  •     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  •     The ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
  •     Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Swahili is a plus.
  •     Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  •     A positive and professional demeanor.
  •     Proficient in hotel reservation systems and software (PMS) is preferred.
