Position: Reclaimer Operator
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience as a Reclaimer Operator
Essential Skills
- Basic knowledge of cement production
- Good communication skills with basic written and spoken English
- Basic understanding of maintenance requirements
- Good knowledge of safety procedures
Key Responsibilities
- Execute shift operations of the reclaimer machines and ensure constant management of hopper levels for raw mill operations.
- Coordinate with the Quality Control Department to manage material quality and stockpile management.
- Conduct daily inspections of the reclaimer machine and report any abnormalities to relevant departments and/or the supervisor.
- De-block discharge chutes for both the reclaimer and conveyor belt chutes whenever required.
- Ensure adherence to safe working practices, especially within the assigned area.
- Clean allocated areas and clear blockages.
- Participate in any job related to production activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
