The incumbent will ensure safe custody of equipment, documents and records; File, archive and retrieve the EAF records; Index and update documents; and in charge of retention, preservation and destruction of the Service’s records among other responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Record & Archive Management.
  • At least One (1) to two (2) year experience in record management.
  • Added advantage if proven work experience in administration, HR or similar role.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge. (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.) or G Suite – (google sheets, google doc, slides etc)
