Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is suited for a professional with a strong background in relationship management and business development, who is passionate about customer satisfaction and growth in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow the mortgage portfolio.
- Meet with clients regularly to assess their needs and offer customized financial solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
- Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, AML, and KYC regulations.
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management within the financial industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with persuasive negotiation ability.
- Demonstrated success in sales and client portfolio growth.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
