Position Title: Sales and Marketing Officer (4 Vacancies)

Base Salary: Negotiable

Job Overview:

APIK Investment Company Limited is seeking ambitious, results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to expand its diverse business operations across East Africa and international markets. The company’s portfolio includes hardwood importation, technology system sales, translation services, import/export, and business advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research and analysis.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies.
• Managing brand image and consistency.
• Planning and executing advertising campaigns and promotions.
• Managing digital marketing channels (social media, email, SEO).
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Creating content such as brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Managing marketing budgets.
• Tracking campaign performance and preparing reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Commerce, or a related field, or comparable professional experience.
• 1-5 years of sales and marketing experience.
• Proficiency in both Swahili and English.
• Knowledge of inventory databases, sales software, and CRM platforms.
• Age 24 years or older.
• Must be able to work under little supervision and pressure.
• Willingness to travel to client sites within Tanzania.
