HQ seeks innovative, self-driven, dynamic and competent qualified Men (Below 40 years) to fill the below position.
1. SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER – Location: Dar es Salaam Start Date: February 2025
Job Summary:
The Sales and Marketing Officer’s primary role is to develop and execute strategies to promote the organization’s products or services, increase revenue, and achieve sales targets. This role involves identifying market opportunities, building customer relationships, creating marketing campaigns, and driving sales initiatives. The officer acts as a bridge between the company and its clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
In this role, the marketing officer will play a supportive role in administrative duties including general statutory, permit registrations and renewals, and logistics support.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing sales strategies to exceed targets
Planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns
Building and nurturing client partnerships
Analyzing market trends and performance metrics
What we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
Proficient in digital marketing tools
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to drive and a valid Driving Licence
