Zein and Baher Company Limited located in Dar es salaam, Mnazi Mmoja ,Sophia Kawawa Street We are a well-established company with a reputation for excellent customer service, high-quality products. We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.

Responsibilities:

  •     Develop and implement territory sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  •     Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  •     Identify and qualify new sales leads.
  •     Develop and deliver presentations on products and services to potential customers.
  •     Negotiate and close sales deals.
  •    Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
  •     Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  •     Travel throughout the designated territory as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales .

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Strong understanding of customer relationship management (CRM) principles.

Ability to travel independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Fluency in English and Swahili (a plus).
