JOB OPPORTUNITY AT PETRONITE COMPANY LIMITED
POSITION
SALES MANAGER
Location: Dar es Salaam
Reports to: Operations Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fuel and energy sector.
- Lead client acquisition and manage long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare and present product proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with technical teams for site assessments and product demonstrations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to PETRONITE’s growth strategy.
- Work closely with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction post-sale.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in B2B sales (technology or fuel sector experience preferred).
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel to client sites within Tanzania.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
