JOB PURPOSE
The person will be a principal point of contact between CGSS and its customers. Ensure current customers have the right products and services, identify new markets and customer leads, and pitch CGSS products and services to customers to win their investment and loyalty while growing GSS Turnover.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS | |
Education |
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing or related field Understanding of PPE and Safety will be an added advantage Knowledge of Fabric and Clothing will be an added advantage |
Work Experience |
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales / and at least a year experience in PPE & Safety equipment sales |
Language and Computer Skills |
Fluent in English and Kiswahili
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications |

Performance Oriented: A self-driven individual. Achieve sales goals by following up on issued proforma invoices, assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations |

Growth Mindset: Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls and follows up customer payment for delivered of orders and manage sales cycle to close new business in all servicecategories offered. |
5 | Reporting Capabilities: Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate weekly reports, proposals, sales quotes, and otherdocumentation as required for management presentations; All reports are sent on time to allow management to make accurate and timely decisions. |

8 | Mobility: the role requires a person who can drive a car and is willing to be travelling to other locations within and at times outside of Tanzania to drive CGSS sales agenda. The person should be open to travelling 50% of the time. |

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1 a. Represent Cherry products, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding of PPE and produced garments and following with consumer research to identify how our solutions meet customer needs.
- b. Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
- c. Generate leads and build relationships, maintain customers, plan and organize daily work schedule to follow up on sales quotation, call on existing or potential clients to grow Cherry Turnov
- d. Develop and implement sales territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the fiel
