Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Team Leader, you will be a key player in our growth. You will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of Mobile Sales Executives to achieve key business objectives, including:
- Achieving Sales Targets: Drive your team to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
- Expanding Market Reach: Increase our brand’s presence and outlet coverage across the region.
- Improving Product Visibility: Boost product placement and visibility within retail outlets to maximize sales.
- Cultivating Strong Relationships: Build and maintain excellent rapport with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of success in FMCG field sales. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in FMCG field sales.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- A results-driven, proactive, and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
