Job Purpose
In charge of back-office work/analytics/system/accounting of all new biz trials. etc…
- Main Responsibilities of the Job
A). Managerial Responsibilities
- Manage back-office operations, including analytics, systems, and accounting for new business initiatives.
- Connect and manage spreadsheets, prepare comprehensive reports, and perform data analysis.
- Detect, analyse and prevent fraud.
- Process procurement requests efficiently.
B). Functional responsibilities
- Creating detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities and solutions.
- Business forecasting, planning and monitoring
- Working with the Business Development and project Manager to implement and execute different projects.
- Writing reports and making presentations
- Traveling as required
- Any other assigned duties from the supervisor.
- Minimum Requirements
A). A minimum of professional and academic qualifications required to perform effectively in the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related or Social Science field
B). Minimum level of experience required to perform effectively in the role:
- At least 3 years or more of previous experience in Marketing or Accounting, procurement, inventory control, or Administration.
- Previous experience of working with rural communities is desirable but not mandatory
- Knowledge on microfinance, finance, strategy or corporate planning are desirable but not mandatory
