Job Description: Senior Relationship Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth
- Drive growth in business volumes, customer base, and overall wallet share.
- Competency & Performance
- Maintain adequate professional competence to execute Senior Relationship Management responsibilities effectively.
- Compliance & Process Adherence
- Ensure consistent application of established policies, processes, and tools to enhance efficiency, guarantee compliance, and support cost containment.
- Risk Management
- Minimize exposure to risks associated with KYC, AML, and portfolio maintenance.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of customer due diligence and account monitoring requirements.
- Customer Experience
- Manage customer expectations through high-quality engagement, responsiveness, and informed relationship management.
