1. Masseuse with Facial Experience As a skilled Masseuse with expertise in facial treatments, you will provide relaxing and therapeutic massage services along with expert facial care to our guests. Ideal candidates will have:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in massage and facial treatments.
- Relevant certification in massage therapy and skincare.
- A deep understanding of various massage techniques and skincare treatments.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to providing a tranquil spa experience.
2. Assistant Lodge Manager with Housekeeping Background This role aims to combine management prowess and operational efficiency. You will assist the Lodge Manager in daily operations, with a focus on maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Requirements include:
- 3-5 years in hospitality management, including direct experience in housekeeping.
- Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
3. Reservations Officer Join our front office team as a Reservations Officer, where you will be pivotal in managing bookings and inquiries, ensuring a smooth reservation experience for all agents, tour operators and direct guests. We are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in busy hotel and Lodge reservations.
- Proficiency in reservation software and excellent computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and a flair for customer interaction.
- Ability to handle high volumes of customer inquiries via email with precision and care.
4. Night Auditor We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to oversee our front desk operations during the night shift. Responsibilities include auditing, balancing, and reporting on the various areas of the hotel. Candidates should have:
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel night auditing or accounting.
- Strong understanding of accounting and front office operations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and overnight.
5. Executive Chef As an Executive Chef with at least 8 years of progressive work experience in a high-volume kitchen, you will lead our culinary team, design menus, and ensure top-quality preparation and presentation of dishes. Requirements:
- A culinary degree and extensive experience in kitchen management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a busy kitchen environment.
- Creativity in menu planning with attention to dietary needs and trends.
- Strong inventory and kitchen management skills.
6. Sous Chef As a vital member of our culinary team, the Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef to manage daily kitchen activities, including overseeing staff, aiding with menu preparation, ensuring food quality and freshness, and monitoring ordering and stocking. Ideal candidates will have:
