Join the East, Central and Southern Africa Health Community (ECSA-HC) as a Software Developer to enhance health service delivery across the region using innovative mathematical models. This role is based at the ECSA Health Community Secretariat and is crucial for the Thanzi La Mawa Research Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize the TLO Model to address healthcare policy and planning needs.
  • Facilitate the model’s use among regional analysts through training and support.
  • Collaborate with international teams to adapt and apply the model effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computing, Mathematics).
  • Proven experience in software development and technical documentation.
  • Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural settings.
