Job Title: Store Manager
Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and motivated stores manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management. The store manager will also be responsible for hiring and training new employees, as well as ensuring that all employees are following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that all employees are following company policies and procedures
- Hire and train new employees
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in retail management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
