History and Operations
Guaranty Trust Bank (Tanzania) Ltd. received its operational license from the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) in December 2017 and began offering commercial banking services immediately. The bank’s main objective is to provide innovative, efficient, and convenient banking solutions to individuals and businesses in Tanzania. It is one of many international subsidiaries of the GTCO Group, which has a presence in several other African countries like Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Ghana, and the UK.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute test plans across all Finacle modules
- Manage System Integration, UAT, Regression & Performance testing
- Track defects & ensure smooth migration
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years QA experience (Banking preferred)
- Knowledge of Finacle testing
- Skilled with JIRA, TestRail & SDLC methods
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
