POSITION : TRAINING QUALITY INSPECTOR
Job Summary
Training Quality Inspector will check whether the training of each department is carried out according to the plan, check whether all aspects of the training are implemented in place, how the effect is, whether the standards and requirements are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive the next monthly training plan from each department
• Develop a training quality inspection plan for the next month
• On-site inspection to see if training has been carried out as planned
• Observe and rate the instructor’s familiarity with the training content.
• Grade the professional image of the trainer
• Check the quality of examination papers and grade them.
• Check whether the results are open, fair and just.
• Writing training summaries and evaluations.
• Give relevant suggestions for Training improvement.
Job Requirement
• A degree in Education, Human Resources Management or Training.
• Prior experience of at least 2 years as a trainer inspector or a similar position.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to identify gaps in skills.
• Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches.
• Excellent organizational and analysis skills.
