Location: Dar es salaam/Mbeya and Zanzibar
1. Finance Manager-(HQ) (1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance
– 1-5yrs of experiences in related field
– Good in computer M/S office
– CPA holder will add an advantage
She/he will be responsible on reducing company costs,monthly account report,overseas cash flow,liaise with auditors for annual monitoring,meet financial objectives,enforce proper account methods and policy.
1.Assist Accountant-2 positions-(HQ-Dar es salaam)(1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance
– 1-2yrs of experiences in related field
– Good in computer M/S office
She/He will be responsible in managing accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliation, payroll processing, and preparing financial reports
2.Finance Controller-Zanzibar Branch 1position(1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Accounting/Finance
– 1-4yrs of experiences in related field
– Good in computer M/S office
She/He will be responsible in financial statement preparation, budgeting, risk management, and leading a team of finance professionals. This role requires strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, as well as expertise in financial regulations and accounting standards
3.Sales Officers-Mbeya Branch 2positions(1)- Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing/Business Admin
– 1-3yrs of experiences in related field
– Good in computer M/S office
She/he will be responsible in identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, meeting sales quotas, preparing sales presentations, conducting market research, and collaborating with marketing teams.
4.Sales Assist-Dar es Salaam(HQ)-1position (1)- Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing,Business Admin
– 1-2yrs of experiences in related field
– Good in computer M/S office
– Good in Communication
She/he will be responsible in assisting customers with purchases, processing transactions, maintaining store appearance, and potentially handling inventory and promotions. Quantifiable achievements, such as increased sales or improved customer satisfaction, are beneficial.
5. Tax Assistant-Dar es salaam (HQ) 2 Positions-Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
– Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a tax compliance officer/Asst Tax compliance or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
Her/his responsiblities are:-Prepare and submit accurate and timely tax returns for federal, state, and local authorities, Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, Conduct research on tax issues and provide recommendations for compliance, Maintain organized and up-to-date tax records and documentation, Prepare and maintain documentation for audits and inquiries, Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary financial information for tax reporting, Conduct internal reviews to ensure adherence to tax regulations, Assist in external tax audits and inquiries
