We are looking for a Junior Video and Picture Editor who can create captivating visual content for our client campaigns. You will work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Art Director to produce high-quality video and picture editing that showcases our clients to brands and products.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Video and Picture Editor role based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, with flexibility for some remote work. The Video and Picture Editor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of creating and editing multimedia content such as photos and videos, researching, and contributing to magazine production.
To be successful in this role, you need to have:
- Strong image and video editing skills using Adobe Creative Suite software; Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator.
- Experience in creating multimedia content, knowledge of photography and videography techniques
- Ability to research and implement trends in media production
- A portfolio of previous video and picture editing projects
- A keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a flair for editing
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organisational skills with experience in managing projects and meeting deadlines
- A creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
- A degree or diploma in video production, graphic design, multimedia, journalism or a related field
