Job Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Chef with a luxury background to prepare exquisite meals that delight and surprise our guests. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of traditional culinary skills and innovative cooking techniques to enhance our dining offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and prepare high-quality meals that align with guest preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of kitchen equipment and techniques to craft both traditional and innovative dishes.
  • Lead and manage kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operation and professional growth.
  • Maintain calm under pressure, handling multiple tasks smoothly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented artistically to enhance dining experience.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and procurement in coordination with villa management.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a luxury setting.
  • Expertise in culinary, baking, and pastry techniques.
  • Strong leadership abilities to inspire and manage a kitchen team.
  • In-depth knowledge of food allergies, dietary restrictions, and the ability to cater to diverse guest needs with delicious alternatives.
  • Mastery of current cooking techniques and staying abreast of industry trends.
  • Good command of the English language and robust communication skills.
  • Creativity in utilizing fresh, seasonal ingredients to prepare meals.
