Job Role:
We are seeking a highly professional and personable Waiter / Butler to deliver exceptional dining and personalized service to our guests. This role is perfect for someone with a luxury hospitality background who is adept at enhancing guest experiences through meticulous attention to detail and bespoke service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality table service and guest interaction with knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including expert cocktail and mocktail mixing using fresh, seasonal produce.
- Manage all aspects of bar operation, including stock control and liaising with management on orders and inventory.
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing and work areas.
- Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork, assisting other areas of villa operations as required.
- Create memorable experiences for guests, going above and beyond to meet their needs and preferences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter or butler, preferably within a luxury or five-star setting.
- Exceptional skill in communication and guest service, with fluency in English.
- Friendly, professional demeanour, capable of confident interaction with an international clientele.
- Comprehensive knowledge of dining service protocols and beverage preparation.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly and with a calm demeanour.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in a similar role at a high-end villa or boutique hotel.
