Join our 5* The Mora, Zanzibar as our Wellbeing Expert where you will deliver personalised wellbeing sessions to hotel guests.
ABOUT THE JOB
- You will create and deliver a wide range of wellbeing sessions, including Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Mindfulness, Holistic Workshops, and One to One sessions, as well as healthy living activities for our high-end clientele of all ages and nationalities.
- You will perform personalized consultations as well as social and partners sessions.
- You will also plan and deliver a wide range of wellbeing challenges and retreat-style sessions in line with the requirements of the programme.
- You put the guests at the heart of everything you do by consistently engaging in guest interaction, as well as deliver the highest quality service and guest experience in line with the TUI standards.
- You will learn more about the job role throughout your recruitment and training experience with us.
ABOUT YOU
- You must hold Yoga certification (200hrs), or Pilates (Level 3), with experience of at least two years in the industry working with clients on a one-to-one basis, as well as on group exercise format.
- You will have experience working in a 5-star environment, as well as delivering high customer service experiences in a similar role.
- You love all-things fitness and wellbeing and have strong personal experience in this field. Any additional certification on fitness or wellbeing will be highly advantageous, e.g.: Group Fitness, Tai Chi, Reiki, etc.
- You feel comfortable to communicate well in English – other languages are advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn and commit, as well as fully adaptable to work as a team, and flexible individual with the ability to work well under pressure.
- You are willing to commit and learn the role including working in direct sun/heat.
