We’re Hiring-Kasulu Sugar Ltd.
Kasulu Sugar Company Ltd, also known as the Kasulu Sugar Project, is a new sugar production venture in Tanzania. It is being developed by Mufindi Paper Mills (MPM) Ltd. The project is a significant investment aimed at helping to address Tanzania’s national sugar deficit. The plan involves establishing a large-scale sugarcane plantation and a sugar milling factory in the Kasulu District of the Kigoma Region.
The project is still in its development phase, with construction and production expected to begin in the next few years. The establishment of this factory is part of a broader government effort to increase domestic sugar production and reduce the country’s reliance on imported sugar. The project is expected to create jobs and stimulate economic growth in the Kasulu District and surrounding areas.

Kasulu Sugar Company Ltd is seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the following positions:
Ecological Officer
Qualifications/Experience:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science or a related field
-Registered Environmental Professional
-Certified in Environmental and Safety Compliance
-ESIA Expert (at least Graduate Level)
-Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience in ecological/environmental management
-Strong understanding of environmental legislation, sustainability practices, and biodiversity management
-Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills

Civil Laboratory Technician
Qualifications:
-Diploma or Certificate in Civil Laboratory Technology or equivalent field
-Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a civil engineering laboratory
-Proficient in soil, concrete, aggregate, and material testing procedures
-Familiar with modern testing equipment, data recording, and reports preparation
-Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards
Store Officer
Qualifications:
-Degree in Procurement and Supply, Logistics, or related discipline
-Practical experience working in a stores or warehouse environment
-Strong organizational and inventory management skills
