Responsibilities:
- Provide information to customers regarding booking and reservation services for hotels, flights, or other travel services

Job Description:
Bank job openings
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)
- Cook food with various utensils or grillers
- Familiarization with hotel menus
- Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
- Keep a sanitised and orderly environment in the kitchen
- Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
- Check the quality of ingredients
- Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

REQUIREMENT

Key Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes or customized requests from customers.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and courteous manner, ensuring their experience at the bar is enjoyable. Address guest inquiries, suggestions, and complaints professionally.
- Ensure the bar is clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times. This includes cleaning glasses, bar tools, and equipment.
- Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock needs. Assist in restocking and ordering supplies when required.
- Manage cash registers, process payments accurately, and handle transactions, including opening and closing duties.
- Comply with food safety, alcohol service regulations, and company policies to ensure the safety of both guests and staff.
- Present beverages in a visually appealing manner to enhance the guest experience, keeping in line with the establishment’s standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff, waiters, and management to provide seamless service and support during busy shifts.
- Operate bar tools and equipment, including blenders, mixers, and pourers. Maintain equipment in good working condition and report any malfunctions to management.
- Keep up-to-date with new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal specials to enhance the bar’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of bar tools, equipment, and cocktail recipes.
- Must be detail-oriented, with a focus on cleanliness and organization.
