Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Supply of Helmets
Date: 10 December 2025
1. Introduction
BRAC Tanzania Finance Ltd (BTFL) intends to procure 1,767 units of helmets for use by its staff who frequently use motorcycles to support operations. Eligible suppliers are invited to submit their quotations for supplying the helmets as specified in the document.
2. Submission Requirements
Quotations must adhere to the following requirements:
- Include a copy of TIN certificate.
- Include a copy of VRN certificate.
- Include a copy of Business License.
- Indicate delivery timeline after signing of the contract.
- Provide a photo of the helmet quoted; suppliers must be able to present samples if requested.
- Quotation must be in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS).
3. Submission Deadline and Method
- Deadline: 17th December 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
- Method: Quotations must be submitted either physically, in sealed envelopes or electronically, via email.
