Title: Independent LBF Branch Sales Team Leader
Vacant position: 15
Work Station: City Centre, Musoma, Manyara, Tegeta, Tabora, Kilimanjaro, Mtwara, Singida, Songea, Njombe, Kigoma & Sumbawanga
Basic Job Functions
• Recruitment, training and coach the Sales Team
• Ensure Team achievement of Sales Targets
• Ensure the portfolio is performing within the Company standards
• Timely submission of Reports
Job Qualification & Experience
• Diploma in Business Administration or any Business related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Proficiency in computer applications
Additional attributes
• Ability to coach, lead and manage a team
• Good Customer care skills
• Possess analytical, Good communication, and reporting skills
• Good problem analysis and solving skills
