Job Summary:
The waiter / waitress is responsible to providing exceptional customer service to guests by ensuring a seamless dining experience.
Responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling guest requests, and maintaining cleanliness while upholding the standards and policies of the establishment.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
• Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.
• Present menus, offer suggestions, and provide detailed information about menu items and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring any dietary restrictions or allergies are noted.
• Serve food and beverages in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Attend to guests’ needs and requests promptly, such as refilling drinks or addressing concerns.
• Support team members during busy periods, such as by clearing tables or assisting with other tasks.
• Address and resolve any customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and care, escalating to management if necessary.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a hygienic work environment.
• Operate cash register, process payments, and provide change accurately.
• Adhere to all company policies, including safety and health regulations.
Job Requirements
- Education:
o High school diploma or equivalent preferably in Hospitality.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English language is preferred.
- Experience:
o Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus.
- Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
o Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
o Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge:
o Strong understanding of automotive parts, components, and their applications.
