POSITION: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PERSONNEL

Key Responsibilities
– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software problems
– Provide on-site support for employees
– Assist with computer, printer, and peripheral setup and configuration and operation.
– Perform software installations and system upgrades
– Support internal IT systems and enterprise applications
– Provide training and guidance to employees on IT re- sources
– Assist with basic web technology troubleshooting and maintenance
– Work on digital marketing tools and platforms

Requirements
– Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
– Additional experience in Networking and Fibre technology or related technologies is an added advantage.
– 2 years of IT experience
– Demonstrated technical problem-solving skills
– Proven ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment

Skills
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Fiber and Networking Skills
– Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
– Adaptability to new technologies and learning environment
– Advanced Microsoft Office Suite expertise
– Familiarity with enterprise so are platforms
– Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., PowerShell, Bash)
– Basic knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics)
– Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and SEO principles
