Cosmetics Company Product Manager Recruitment
We are a cosmetics company with deep roots in Tanzania. Due to business expansion, we are now looking for a professional Product Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Have an in – depth understanding of various cosmetics and makeup products, accurately grasp market trends, and determine product directions that suit the consumption needs and habits of local people based on the characteristics of the Tanzanian market, including but not limited to product texture, style, color, and packaging methods.
• Conduct continuous research on the Tanzanian cosmetics market, collect market information, analyze consumer behavior and competitor dynamics, and provide a solid basis for product decision – making.
• Collaborate with R & D, production, and other departments to drive the entire process of product development from concept to launch, ensuring that products are launched on time and with high quality.
• Track the market performance of products after launch, collect customer feedback, and propose product optimization and improvement plans to enhance product competitiveness.
• Utilize image processing and short – video production capabilities to plan creative promotional materials for products, and promote products through social media platforms to increase brand exposure and product sales.

Qualifications

• Female, with a university degree, passionate about the cosmetics industry, and possessing extensive knowledge of cosmetics and makeup products.
• Familiar with the Tanzanian cosmetics market, with a deep understanding of the consumption needs, consumption habits, and aesthetic preferences of local consumers.
• Have a keen market insight and strong analytical skills, and be able to accurately grasp market dynamics and changes in consumer needs.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
