We are currently seeking experienced, visionary, and dynamic professionals to join our team.
Job Opportunity: Legal Counsel (In-House)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the company’s primary legal advisor across all business functions.
- Draft and manage a wide array of commercial contracts.
- Oversee corporate governance, risk mitigation, and dispute resolution.
- Support brand protection, intellectual property, and compliance training across the organization.
Core Competencies:

- Timely legal contract turnaround.
- Efficient dispute resolution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proactive risk assessment and mitigation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Law; a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice is an advantage.
- Admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania.
- 7 years of legal experience, preferably 3 years in in-house legal roles.
- Experience in relevant industries is an asset.
- Fluent in English and Swahili; high integrity and business judgment required.
