Job Opportunity: Lead IT Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish effective IT linkages with stakeholders and assess their ICT implications.
• Identify system requirements for solutions across business areas.
• Drive business efficiency and automation opportunities through technology capabilities.
• Lead IT initiatives to align with business strategies.

Core Competencies:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python to effectively engage with technical teams.
• Familiarity with MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications & Experieriences

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience in the General Insurance industry will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of business processes is desirable.
