Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply sales techniques to promote products to customers.
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly stocked and displayed
- Participate in training sessions on product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
- Contribute to promotional activities and special events to increase sales.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Recent graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of retail sales principles is a plus.
