Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Kibaha at Kinglion Investment Company Limited. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing executive administrative skills. Additionally, clerical duties will be part of the role’s daily tasks.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills.
• Experience in Production Management and Operations.
• Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities.
• Leadership and Team Management skills.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• MUST have an excellent command to English and Swahili.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Quality Control.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Philosophy, Engineering, or related field
• MUST know how to drive and have a valid driving license.
• ⁠should be around 22 – 27 years old.
