Contract Management Officer At DERM group August 2025.CONTRACT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Contract Management Officer

to oversee the full lifecycle of contracts within our division. The role involves

drafting, negotiating, executing, and monitoring contracts to ensure compliance

with legal requirements, company policies, and business objectives. The ideal

candidate will proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and maximize value

from contractual agreements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors and clients.

• Monitor contract performance, milestones, and compliance.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align contracts with business goals.

• Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.

• Identify and mitigate potential contractual risks.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in the related field.

• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles.

• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of successful agreements.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
