EPIC JOBS: ICT Officer
Location:Manufacturing | Mwanza
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Implement data security measures and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Plan and execute ICT strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Maintain ICT documentation and generate performance reports.
- Train staff and promote ICT best practices.
- Set departmental KPIs, budgets, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ ICT experience (including management/supervisory roles).
- Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Skilled in multiple operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) preferred.
