Experience:
2–3 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or IT support.
Are you experienced in telecom, ISP, or IT/Managed Services? Join our team as a Customer Support Executive and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through timely support and professional service.
*What You’ll Do:*
✔ Be the first point of contact for customers.
✔ Resolve technical and billing inquiries.
✔ Coordinate with technical teams for quick solutions.
✔ Provide onboarding and guidance for internet, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
*🎯 Requirements:*
✔ 2–3 years of experience in telecom, ISP, or IT support.
✔ Strong understanding of internet services & troubleshooting.
✔ Excellent communication in English & Swahili.
✔ Customer-first attitude & multitasking ability.
