REGIONAL ASSISTANT MANAGER – LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT

INDUSTRY: CALL CENTRE

On behalf of our client, we’re seeking a Regional Assistant Manager – Learning & Development to execute learning initiatives across multiple centres. This role includes coordinating and facilitating leadership and behavioral training, administering assessments, tracking outcomes, and supporting follow-up learning reinforcement.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the execution of the quarterly learning calendar in collaboration with the Regional L&D Manager.
  • Facilitate leadership and functional programs, including First-Time Manager and behavioral skills training.
  • Coordinate nominations, scheduling, and communication with learners across sites.
  • Administer assessments and collect feedback to measure the effectiveness of learning.
  • Maintain accurate training records and LMS updates in alignment with governance requirements.
  • Conduct post-program reinforcement, including refreshers, action planning, and learner-manager check-ins.
  • Promote learning programs via internal mailers, session reminders, and success story highlights.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5+ years in a call centre, including 2-3 years in Learning & Development.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and multi-site coordination experience.
  • Working knowledge of LMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and virtual facilitation tools.
  • Works effectively with site HR, L&D Champions, and facilitators; organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
