2. Job Responsibilities
Sales Elite
Develop shop leasing and sales business, identify potential clients, and establish a client database.
Introduce shop advantages, policies, etc., to clients and provide professional consulting services.
Accompany clients to inspect shops, recommend suitable properties, and assist in signing contracts.
Follow up on post-service for clients, maintain client relationships, and promote repeat cooperation or client referrals.
Achieve personal sales targets, cooperate with the team to complete tasks, and report sales data and feedback.
3. Job Requirements
At least 1 year of work experience in shop/property leasing and sales;
Eloquent, clear in expression, with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client needs.
Strong pressure resistance, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment, passionate about sales, result-oriented, and with good team spirit.
Familiar with the local real estate market and shop leasing/sales procedures; those who master relevant laws and regulations are preferred.
Honest and trustworthy, strong sense of responsibility, with good professional ethics and customer service awareness.
