Available Positions
General Manager: Responsible for the overall leadership and management of business operations to ensure key goals are met. This role requires at least 8 years of experience in beverage manufacturing, a bachelor’s degree in engineering or food science, and leadership and management capabilities.
Plant Engineer: Oversees the engineering department and technical service delivery to ensure machinery and equipment function optimally. The key requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8 years of experience in similar roles, and leadership and management skills.
Production Manager: Oversees the production process to achieve goals related to quality, safety, and efficiency. This position requires at least 7 years of experience in similar or related roles (especially in the beverage manufacturing industry), a bachelor’s degree in engineering, food science, or a related field, and leadership and management skills.
Packaging Engineer: Oversees packaging operations to ensure compliance with the product packaging strategy. This role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least 7 years of experience in similar or related roles, particularly within the beverage manufacturing industry.
Supply Chain Officer: Oversees the supply chain function, including stores, warehousing, and procurement. The key requirements include at least 5 years of experience in similar roles (especially from the beverage manufacturing industry), leadership and management skills, and a certification in Procurement is an added advantage.
Finance Officer: Oversees the finance and accounting function. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in the beverage or FMCG sector, a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a CPA is preferred.
HR and Administration Officer: Oversees the human resources and administration functions. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles (especially from the beverage industry), leadership and management skills, and a degree in HR or a related field. A certification in HR is also an added advantage.
HSEQ Officer: Oversees the HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality) function by developing and implementing relevant programs to achieve business goals. The key requirements include at least 7 years of experience in similar roles, leadership and management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in HSE, QA, or a related field.
Security Officer: Oversees the physical security function by developing and enforcing protocols to ensure people and property are secure. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, leadership and management skills, and a diploma in security studies or another relevant field.
Sales and Distribution Officer: Oversees the sales and distribution functions and develops strategies to drive sales performance and business expansion. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, particularly from the FMCG or beverage industry, as well as leadership and management skills.
ICT Officer: Oversees the ICT function and provides technical support to ensure optimal operation of the ICT infrastructure. Key requirements include at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, leadership and management skills, and a degree in ICT or its equivalent. An IT certification (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, ITIL) is an added advantage.
Transport Officer: Oversees fleet operations to ensure smooth transport and distribution services that support business requirements. This position requires at least 5 years of experience in similar roles, leadership and management skills, and a bachelor’s degree in transportation, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
