AKO Group Limited, a professional catering and facility management service provider in Tanzania, is looking for an HR Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff deployment processes
Manage employee records and HR documentation
Handle disciplinary, grievance, and performance management matters
Support payroll administration and employee benefits management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
