Position Title: Market Development Sales Representative
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Market Development Sales Representative to join our dynamic and continuously growing team. This position will directly engage with target markets, gain a deep understanding of customer needs, develop and implement practical market strategies, and drive rapid business growth.
Job Description/Requirements
Responsible for market development of residential photovoltaic power generation systems in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda.
In-depth research on local market demand, energy policies, and current electricity usage patterns will be conducted to develop targeted sales strategies.
Focus on developing potential customer bases, with a focus on local agents, distributors, retail channel partners, and cooperative organizations.

Focus on developing potential customer bases, with a focus on local agents, distributors, retail channel partners, and cooperative organizations.
Tracking market feedback, collecting customer opinions, and regularly conducting market analysis and optimizing sales strategies.
In-depth understanding of the policy environment, electricity conditions, and electricity usage in Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. Provide first-hand market data for company decision-making by assessing customer affordability and acceptance.
Organize and participate in local industry exhibitions, community outreach, and other activities to enhance brand awareness and influence in the local market.
Job Requirements:
3+ years of proven marketing experience, with experience in channel development or overseas market expansion preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, international trade, new energy, electrical engineering, or related fields preferred.
Familiarity with the basic principles, installation processes, and sales models of photovoltaic systems. Relevant industry background preferred.
Excellent market acumen and understanding of electricity usage, consumption capacity, and policy support in various regions of Tanzania preferred.
Proficient in utilizing online marketing tools, CRM systems, and social media for lead generation and follow-up.
Proactive and proactive, with strong communication, account management, and business negotiation skills.
Location: Dar es Salaam /Mwanza/Mbeya/Morogoro/Tanga

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Salary: 600,000 TZs to 1,200,000 TZs
Monthly base salary of 600,000 TZs with no responsibilities. Commissions are calculated based on actual sales performance. The more you work, the more you earn, with no upper limit.
