A leading supplier of high-quality

mining products is hiring an experienced Manager – Sales & Operations to oversee multiple branch operations. The position is based in Geita/Kahama, and the role requires frequent travel to rural areas. The deadline to apply is October 15, 2025.

Responsibilities

The Manager – Sales & Operations will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including:

• Developing and executing strategies to meet business objectives.
• Analyzing data and forecasting to develop actionable strategies.
• Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within the mining sector
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
• Monitoring sales performance and reporting key metrics to management.
• Budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years of sales experience.
• At least 3-5 years of proven experience in a leadership or management role.
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Fluency in English (mandatory) with Kiswahili being an added advantage.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel every week.
