Invitation to Bid (ITB) – Consultancy for Conducting Classroom Observation at Primary Schools.
HELVETAS Swiss Intercooperation Tanzania invites qualified consultant(s) to submit a proposal (technical and financial) for conducting classroom observations in public primary schools across the following District councils:
- Morogoro Municipal Council
- Kilosa District Council
- Mvomero District Council
- Kondoa District Council
- Mpwapwa District Council
- Iringa District Council
- Iringa Municipal Council
The assignment is scheduled to take place in October–November 2025 (for phase one) and next year, 2026 (for phases two and three), and will be carried out in accordance with the Terms of Reference (ToR) provided.
