JOB VACANCY – MARKETING MANAGER

Location: Arusha Tanzania

Belabela Omdera camp is an established safari destination offering unique wildlife and hospitality experiences. We are seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead all marketing and promotional activities for the camp.

Key Responsibilities

Ø  Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the camp both locally and internationally.

Ø  Manage and expand the camp’s digital presence, including website, social media, and online travel platforms.

Ø  Build and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, and corporate clients.

Ø  Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

Ø  Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.

Ø  Prepare regular marketing reports and budget forecasts.

Ø  Ensure brand consistency and oversee production of marketing materials.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years’ proven experience in marketing, preferably in the tourism, hospitality, or safari industry.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for wildlife, nature, and sustainable tourism will be an added advantage.
