PROFESSIONAL CHEF
- Education: Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts & Management from a recognized institution preferred.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a chef.
- Qualifications:
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Proven experience as a Chef or similar role.
- Creativity and ability to develop unique menu items and recipes.
- Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and best practices.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Graduates from the National College of Tourism and other recognized institutions are encouraged to apply.
