Junior Sales Representative (Axia HR)

Axia HR is HIRING 4 POSITIONS for a Junior Sales Representative. The esteemed client is a leading supplier of high-quality mining products.

Key Details

• The Role: Responsible for identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and supporting sales activities to achieve company growth targets. The role requires a confident communicator who is eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about customer service.

• Location: Singida, Kahama and Musoma
• Salary range: 500,000/= TZS Gross.
• Deadline: 04$^{\text{th}}$ November 2025

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support sales operations in assigned regions.
• Promote company products to existing and potential clients.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Conduct field visits and collect market feedback.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records.
• Work closely with senior sales staff to achieve set targets.
• Participate in exhibitions, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Demonstrate company values through professionalism and teamwork.

Skills & Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Confident, energetic, and eager to learn
• Strong team player with a proactive approach
• Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office preferred).
